I am a pediatric occupational therapist with a focus on sensory, regulation, and feeding. In the past six years as an occupational therapist, I have worked alongside some of the best and brightest colleagues and clients. My passion for pediatrics evolved into a love of working with the whole family and facilitating the growth of relationships using the DIR/Floortime model. I hold a level 1 certification in DIR/Floortime from Profectum as well as level 1 sensory integration from the STAR Institute. I took a deep dive into the world of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and use several of the tenants in DBT to support my clients and their families. My current areas of growing interest are Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Polyvagel Theory. You can usually find me with my nose in a book or calling up a friend of a friend who knows somebody in the field I am learning more about!

I have been a yoga instructor and on instructing staff since 2019—one of my very favorite side quests. In early 2020, I received my level II reiki certification as well and have since often incorporated reiki into my yoga practices as well as one-on-one sessions as requested.
